Say what’s bookable
A slot template is a product: title, duration, price, location, buffer time for travel and setup, up to five sample photos.
Open up times
Generate slots for a single day or a recurrence like every Saturday, 09:00–17:00. Collisions are skipped, re-running never duplicates.
Photoshoot, then upload
Drag photos onto the photoshoot. They go straight from your browser to storage in parallel chunks, and web versions are made for you.

Overlap protection is enforced by the database itself — buffers included, across every template. Picking a time holds it for 10 minutes; confirming books it. If the client walks away, the time reopens on its own.

Every file is fingerprinted, so uploading the same photo twice stores it once. Thumbnails, previews and delivery JPEGs are generated in the background. EXIF is stripped from what clients see and kept in the database.

Fresh photos sit on fast storage. Untouched ones move nightly to a cheaper archive — but only after the compressed copy is decompressed again and proves it reconstructs byte-for-byte. If it doesn’t, the untouched original is archived instead.

Choose ProIf your trial or subscription ends, the account is paused, not deleted. Uploads and new bookings stop, but published galleries stay viewable and your data stays put. photographers ask
Do my clients need an account?
No. Only photographers have accounts. Each participant gets a personal magic link that works for exactly one gallery. If someone loses it, you re-send from the participant list — or copy the link and send it however you like.
Can I hold a spot for a client who called me?
Yes — tap the time on your calendar and book it for them yourself. They get the same confirmation email and 24-hour reminder as anyone who booked online, and the photoshoot opens alongside it.
What happens to my RAW files?
On Pro they go straight to the archive and are kept forever. We read the full-size JPEG your camera embeds in every RAW, so a .CR3 or .NEF still gets thumbnails and previews like any other photo. Ask for an archived original and it downloads directly — there is no wait, and nothing has to be brought back first.
Do time zones cause trouble?
You set a studio timezone once, and every slot you define is read in it. Your booking page shows times in the visitor’s timezone with yours labelled next to it, so nobody turns up an hour early.
